During my recent stay at a hotel that promised a blend of tradition and modern comfort, I found the experience to be fairly average. The 64m^2 spacious suite featured a tatami mat room and a small kitchenette, which was practical for my needs. The facilities were not as accessible as I had hoped, with no housekeeping without an additional fee. While I appreciated the complimentary wired Internet and the multilingual staff, I noticed a significant shortage of personnel, making it challenging to get assistance when needed. The library was a nice touch for quiet reading, but lacking in ambiance. This hotel might suit groups planning events like bachelor or bachelorette parties due to its space, but I'd recommend visiting when staff presence is guaranteed for a more seamless experience. It served its purpose, but improvements in service and availability would enhance the stay.
